WTK: Original finish on 1918 Colt 1911?

Looking for some help on a 1918 vintage Colt 1911, serial 50XXXX. No rebuild markings. Incorrect grips and WWII replacement barrel. From the pictures provided can you ascertain if this pistol is original finish?

      The pistol has been refinished.

That was what I suspected. Thanks.

Hard to tell from the lighting just what color it is. Doesn't appear to have been sandblasted, which would have happened in a military rebuild.

Try taking photo outside in bright shade.
