0-68 Ithaca 1911A1 Rebuild

After seeing Jeff's post about weird rebuild marks, here is another that some of you might like. If you track the Marine Garand rebuilds, you see 0-65 to 0-67. And I've seen Marine M14 receiver halves marked 0-68 to 0-70.

Here is one I had never seen and it makes me wonder if we will see more in that CMP pistol release.

From the difference in color of the slide and receiver it appears that someone found an Ithaca slide to mate up with their Ithaca receiver.
