    Need Help w/ Accessing Forums

I am Bruce Vaughn. My password is xxxxxxx

I am thrilled to once again be able to access Jouster 2 Shooting Forums!!!
First of all, THANK YOU for whatever steps that you have taken such that I may now access Jouster 2!!!

The opening page and all of the Jouster Tales, Camel Tales, etc. appear as normal.

I need help accessing the material listed under the forum titles.
When I click on a forum, everything comes up in blue letter print and beyond that, everything is very confusing.
Nothing seems to follow the norm.

I am using a new fully up to date Mac.

I would very much appreciate any help you might be able to offer so as to allow full access to Jouster 2.

    Sincerely Yours,

    Bruce Vaughn

Bruce, I "x'ed" out your password. No one else, including me, needs to know it. There are still trolls who log on and many guest who could use your password if they wanted to serve some chaos.

As far as the problem, I have an all up-to-date Win 11 with the edge browser and was disconnected from this site after about a year due to all of microsofts "upgrades" and "improvements". I had to load Firefox as my browser to be able to use this forum as normal. At first I only used Firefox for this site. With all the hundreds of daily "updates/spyware" being added everyday w/o our control I had to use Firefox for a number of sites and use Google Chrome as my main browser.

As said before, the problem here is more of a site issue than your computer issue. We need a secure and current upgrade. Lyman has been trying to do this for years now but Pat still owns things and from what I hear is a little hard to contact.

Computer manufactures constantly change your computers ability to receive sites and puts limits on your computers functions to force you to buy a new one. On my Google Chromebook I can no longer view my email on Yahoo and have severe limits on my Win 11. I'm fine with that, I just use other sites. They aren't missed at all.

As far as your Mac goes I have one too, an out of date Macbook pro that, like the microsoft crap, didn't stay current and work very long. Now, it is $2,700 dollars worth of junk and clutter.

Since so many others here have the same or similar issue I don't know if you will get any help here. One person has indicated by clicking on the big tan rectangle (Welcome to Jouster2) on the top left corner that the site will come up normally for him but has not worked for me in the past.

I would consult someone else who has an Apple and see what could be added as a browser.

If you purchase any more computers look into touchscreens. They are a world apart from the others, especially the laptops. I never have used my touchpad on the bottom.

Sorry, I can't be of more help. There isn't a simple fix and everyone's computers seem to operate a little different depending upon age, type, browser, and what upgrades they have been infected with.

        Access to Jouster2

Have to agree with you Allen. One of those computer updates changed everything concerning logging onto Culvers. Still use firefox to long on.
Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.

On my cell phone, Samsung S13, sometimes I get the brown "welcome to Jouster" banner with "the table of contents" of the forums listed below in outline form with white background. Clicking on the banner takes me to the expected familiar earth colored home page. Usually leaving the site and coming back during the same day, I get the expected home page with full banner, Jouster tales, forums, et. AL.

On my desk top, windows 2007 pro, I have no problem. Carrier is Century Link.

Just my 2 cents worth to the puzzle.
