Doing a Flyby

I'm working on cleaning and re-sealing the tile in two bathrooms and cleaning, repairing and painting a second one, but thought I would check in to see to see how the site is doing. Looks like Lyman has things well in hand so I'm getting back to work. Thanks for your patience and support!

should something blow up, I'll reach out,

meanwhile, when not here or working, doing a remodel of my small shop as well,
has not been painted inside since about 94... so well over due,
drywall repairs are easy, it's the painting I hate,

just about 1/2 way done,
