Recalled Winchester .223 62 gr ammo

Wondering about the recalled Winchester .223 62 gr. ammo. Is it safe to shoot. Why the recall ?? Wondering if they are exchanging it for new stuff or just offering a refund ?? Is it just the mil spec stuff in 1000 round bulk packs, or ???

Thanks C5M1. I googled it today and found the warning as well. Looks like someone dumped the wrong powder into the batch. Only a lot of m855 62 gr. Strange the same thing happened over at Remington as well. A bulk lot of M855 62gr. is being recalled at Remington as well. In these times of shortages, one has to wonder.
