Ordered 800 rounds of Remington 55gr .223. Included with the sale was a free Dry Storage Box. Order placed on December 19th, 2012 from Cabela's online

It arrived today.

Total cost with tax and shipping- $338.08

42.26 cents per round

Thinking about placing another order but I haven't been keeping track of current bulk online prices so I may wait a bit.

You should really think about reloading. It's much cheaper to reload than to shoot new ammo.

Good for you, ya I would look around again for the best price and order as much as you think you need. Ya never know when you can get any more. Around here there seems to be a bit more ammo showing up on the shelf but there are still things that are short. Were seeing lots of the Hornady White Tail series rifle ammo right now and quiet a lot of pistol.
