Have a case of Danish .30-06

I have a case of Danish .30-06. Should I keep it, shoot it or sell it?

IMO, that depends on how much other ammo you have put up and if you need the money.

If it were me, I'd keep it as it was really nice ammo. Pitty the brass wasn't reloadable (easily).

Only five cases of .30-06. Guess I'd better keep it.

When it was cheap I stacked it deep. I also shot it like there was no tomorrow. One summer I put two cases through just one of my M-1's. Good ammo. That being said, when prices went crazy I sold the tar out of it to folks who just had to have it. I had two daughters in college. Ammo was and is replaceable. The Greek HXP has in my rifles given equal on target results. The brass is reloadable. The Danish was "pop and drop," i.e., I'd fire it and let the casing fly. If I found it, cool. If not, no sweat. If you want more ammo, sell it and buy ammo. There are folks who will pay a premium for the Danish M-2. Sell it to them and buy HXP. You'll end up with more ammunition for your rifle and brass that you can use for reloading.
