Have some rounds I would like to ID, attached is a poor photo. The headstamp is 7.62 x 51 and MS 131-60, there is no NATO cross in circle and there is green lacquer at primer and crimp. The International Ammunition Association list shows "MS" as being German (Manusaar, West Germany) or Australian (Small Arms Ammunition Factory N°7, Salisbury, Australia).
Hoping some of you here can verify it is one of the above or correct the info . Am making an assumption that is was produced in 1960 based on the "60" in headstamp. Also interested to knowif it is non-corrosive
