    caliber .30 M2 alternative

    Anyone ever seen this ammo? I saw some in a LGS today. Tan box of 20 cartridges with a red strip. Does it have much collector value?

      I don't think it has any more collectibility than any other WW2 M2 Ball. I think the alternative is part of the jacket material and that it attracts a magnet, but it's not AP.
