Have you tried Bass Pro Shop. That's where I got it in the Chicago suburbs, recently.

Right. And I think it's pretty much true everywhere, I don't think BATFE allows Black Powder to be on open display. So there may be places around you that have it that you didn't know. I think some Cabela's carry it, although the one near me doesn't.
