For sale is a very nice well cared for 1898 Krag rifle made in 1899. It is New Jersey marked. It retains well over 90% blue with the exception of the butt plate. It also still retains some case colors. It has a beautiful bore. The stocks retain all their original finish and also retain a nice clear crisp 1899 cartouche, and proof mark. Also included are the original set of 3 piece cleaning rods and oiler as well as its original brass muzzle protector.
