    WTS Herter's Reloading tools for M1 Carbine

    Bought a lot not long ago, and these were part of it. Sizer and seater with original box and instructions. Also another Herter's tool that says "30, 38, 401, EXP". Is that a primer remover? The fourth piece is a "Wilson case holder". Not sure what its for. Only unfired brass fits. Bottom seats flush, top sticks out 1/4 inch. All are in like new condition.
