Offered for sale is an original M1903 Mark I rifle which is correct in every way. It has all the distinctive Mark I parts including stock, cutoff, spindle, trigger and sear. Estimated amount of finish is about 20%.
--Serial number 1,069,079
--SA barrel date: 1-19 – #2 ME; #2.5 TE; very good bore, not pitting.
--Stock – correct Mark I stock with DAL and circle P proof stamp. A number of dings and scratches but no apparent cracks or major damage.
--Bolt: J5 (on safety lug) with “bent bolt” handle
