The semi-automatic PSL provides relatively accurate aimed fire at longer ranges in a quick fashion. Since it shoots the inexpensive 7.62x54R round, its the perfect .30 caliber plinker or even a fine hunting companion. scammed by internet thief. money is gone, no gun. police wont do anything to the unsuspecting helper the guy used here in the states to send the money overseas. USPS money orders offer ZERO protection for the buyers. post office was NO help. advice: deal with someone you know and pay electronically if you can to leave yourself a way out.
