    WTS - Late H&R M1 Garand With 2-52 HRA Barrel

    For sale is sn 5,788,213 H&R M1 Garand with CMP Certificate from August 2000.
    It is a Service Grade Garand and was correct or corrected with just a few parts.
    Manufactured in 1956, the chamber is dark, 2-52 barrel, the muzzle is 1-3/4 and the TE is 3.

    Barrel HRA 2-52
    Bolt D6528287 HRA U
    Op rod 6535382 HRA
    Trigger Housing 6528290-HRA N
    Trigger Guard stamped
    Hammer HRA 5546008
    Safety HRA
    Gas plug O HRA
    Windage HRA-W
    Elevation HRA
    Stock 1/2" DOD

      It's going to be a(rebuild) un-seriffed P(on the wood). That's not an HRA stock. I love that rifle,but I have one like it already. What's really cool about this rifle is, it has the "floor sweep" barrel from 1952(that I don't have).

        I looked at the stock and it is a SA stock with more of a rear seating area than normal, I will be replacing that stock set with a darker walnut stock and handguards from a Correct Grade H&R that a friend re-stocked several years ago. I'll post new pic's this afternoon.

          Thanks, yes dryheat, that is a cool variant. This and the 5.7 with an original SA barrel are missing from my collection right now.
