I bought this kit intending to build a 91k style HK G3 carbine, but priorities have changed and I don't think I'm going to get around to having it assembled.
Most of the kit is Portuguese FMP. Kit contains everything pictured plus flash hider. Bolt carrier, stock set, backplate and trigger group are FMP (trigger group and backplate have matching 010 serial codes). Bolt itself is a 1968 dated HK. Barrel is either HK or Swedish Husqvarna (it is marked HVA and I haven't been able to find a reference for that). Bore is pretty good, but there is a ring one inch from the muzzle. Since it is right at the muzzle I was going to have the barrel shortened to 16" (to right in front of the sight tower), which would make a very cool carbine with a barrel that can't even be imported anymore, but I haven't gotten to it. I've priced the kit accordingly; consider it a free-be. Comes with an extra US made handguard (if you want to use it for 922r) and black buttstock (only marked with C).
