    Chicago police say an FBI agent's vehicle, which was stolen early Monday on Chicago's Near West Side, has been recovered.

      Walked away from a running vehicle in a gas station and *gasp* it was stolen? At Jackson and Morgan? On the WEST SIDE????
      Not a very smart person at all. The type who would leave an unwrapped beef jerky in front of a starving pit bull. Then wonders where it went.
