Nothing will be done about it. Nothing which will amount to anything on a grand scale. The tentacles of corruption are so tangled and reach so far that a real investigation would have the heavies tumbling and create a vacuum across the political system. Only the small players are sacrificed.
The same as when Blagojevich took the fall in the Obama Senate seat scandal. Jackson Jr. and his wife were carefully charged with something else to divert attention away from the mess while showing others what will happen for talking too much.
Look for similar in this case.
