I like to see good in people however, I wonder if this guy will steal from his new employer. Hopefully, the cop won't live to regret what he did for the young man and all will turn out well.

Good story, Ken. It reminds me of the old days, when police officers had more latitude to be problem solvers. Officer Jeyanesan probably would have come up for a reprimand in some US departments

In the old days one might call this cop, Officer Friendly. It's too bad that society has molded many of today's police officers into para-military commandos who only befriend others of their kind and consider all others as suspect civilians.
