Rain

My part of the county hasn't had any decent rain in close to three weeks and above average temps. Our weather forecaster said that "Nate" will come up our side of the Appalachians and give us 2-3" of much needed rain. I was getting concerned due to the possibility of forest fires. Hate to see a hurricane hit my nation and I hope little if any destruction.

2-3 inches, with our hard cracked ground, could cause local flooding. Now that the growing season is coming to an end the vegetation won't be able to take up much water. So far no warnings or concerns.
