    At the end of the season, they'll be scratching their collective asses, wondering why attendance is down. Revenue is down. Receipts for food and team merchandise is down. And why advertisers and broadcast stations are demanding they pay LESS.

    You can't fix stupid. But you can make it more expensive.

    All of this could have been avoided if the NFL had the balls to enforce their own rules.
