    D-DAY

May have been mentioned elsewhere on the forum, if not lets not forget those who gave their lives and those that were wounded.

They GAVE everything so we could HAVE everything.
I dream of a better world. One where chickens may cross the road without their motives being questioned.

Go to Bedford, Virginia to understand D Day. The 116th Infantry, Virginia National Guard (the Stonewall Brigade) was the assault regiment on Omaha beach. On that one day, Bedford sacrificed more of her sons, per capita, than any other city in the US did in the entire war.
