    Officers who are assigned and promoted on the basis of their race, gender, ethnicity and sexuality inspire no loyalty among subordinates. And the ways of sabotaging the career of an obnoxious self-serving superior are infinite. Showing no initiative and waiting for orders are the most common.

      The services are still on a campaign to recruit and employ women in combat roles. I wonder how many service members must suffer and die at the hands of leaders who have no concept of responsibility or honor? Not to mention the effect on our combat readiness. Regards, Clark

        They weren't talking to each other??? WTF kinda ship WAS that anyway? I've know a lot of women who served in positions of responsibility butneber heard of anything like that. If I was their CO I would've got that taken care of ...
