Ten years ago a local pharmacy was hit, everything with oxy in the name was swiped. About ten days later male druggies started to show up at E.R.'s with an unusual symptom...swollen and tender breasts. Seems one of the "oxy's" swiped was to help females to lactate and was now causing men great discomfort with mood swings.
