Gunbroker confusion

I have some items for sale on Gunbroker. A person asked my a question about one. I cannot find how to answer the question. The email from Gunbroker said to use "members.gunbroker.com. But I get an error notice with that. So, how do you do it?

Did you sign in to your account first? Everything on GB is copied from ebay, so it should be self-explanatory.

My GB questions come to me through AOL mail(maybe what clintonhater means). You just reply to the email, don't try to respond to GB .

What dryheat stated. I use Yahoo mail. Just hit the "Reply to Mail" icon and send the answer. The asker will get it.
