    Identify over-under rifle shotgun combo

    For a friend seeking to identify this find. He describes it as: "It's a over and under muzzling loading .45 cal rifle and 12 GA shot gun. It has no markings. The unique thing, that I have never seen is it has over and under hammers.Has a Virginia Patch box with acorn." Any ideas welcome.

      I can't see then well enough to be sure, but it looks like English proof marks on the lower (shotgun) barrel just between the hammers.
