"..."Nuffie Screach"..." That'd be Newfie Screech and its a blend of rums. Newfies are mostly of Irish descent and take their partying seriously.
      Spelling and grammar count!

used to be able to buy Tillamook ice cream with huckleberry's in it in the Phoenix metro area.
I haven't been able to find it for about 4 years or more now.

Rib eye steak = just a piece of meat. No rib and no eye.

Ribeyes are from the back of the cow,
the meat world calls that middle meats,

if you walk by the cow from the tail to the head,
the Loin runs from the rump (the hip bone or aitch (H) bone is where the sirloin starts, and ends at the first rib, ) this is the Sirloin, Porterhouse, Tbone)
the next 7 are the Ribeye,
as in on the rib when first processed, and the eye is the center part or muscle that is also the strip or loin,,

Bone in Rib Roast, Bone in Ribeye's , Tomahawk steaks etc etc, or pull the meat of the ribs, and sell as beef ribs and boneless ribeye's

after the 7th rib, you have the Chuck, the first couple ribs are good to cut a Chuck Eye steak from (cooked medium rare as all steaks should be , the Chuck Eye is fantastic)

                then the neck,,

so endeth the lesson from an ex Meat Manager, (19yrs, Journeyman cutter/Manager)

Asked wife to bring home a lb of bacon, was 12 oz. Asked her why the switch from what I usually purchase and she said all the packages looked the same! From now on I am buying the bacon.
