Yes, a bogus medical deferment written by a long dead doctor, medical records that are buried somewhere-if they still exist.
Here's a challenge to the Lefties-we'll start pressuring Trump to release those records if they will pressure Warren Buffet to release his tax forms to back up his claim that his secretary pays more in taxes than he does.Comment

Thank you for at least acknowledging the obvious about Trump's spurs. Personally I'd be in favor of more rich guy transparency across the board. Any ideas how we can bring that about?Yes, a bogus medical deferment written by a long dead doctor, medical records that are buried somewhere-if they still exist.

What is the difference between Obama not enlisting and Trump having a bogus doctor's note? If prior service by a POTUS is that important to you then the same should go for Trump's note.Comment

Makes me wonder what the issue-was Trump's deferment legitimate due a genuine problem or was it a scam ? In 1943 the Army declared Bodybuilding Champion Dan Lurie 4-F due to heart murmurs, I knew plenty of people who tried to enlist in the 1960s and were rejected, we had several in my BCT company in 1967 get medical discharges.Comment

This is exactly what I should be asking YOU since you bring Trumps bone spur issue up nearly every day. Enough to where you should call yourself "Bone Spur" instead of togor (whatever that means).
EVERY day its the bone spur or tax returns. NEVER a mention of Clinton or Obama not serving. SO: If it's SOOOOOOOOOO important to you why not mention every one?Comment

Anyone remember how flat feet were treated by the services? My dad had 'em, and they took him in the AAF in March '45. But he said those feet of his would have kept him out of the infantry.
I have more or less the same condition, and it didn't hurt me in track & field, including distance running. But I needed the right shoe or otherwise I had problems.

I am asking you to explain your principle. That's a reasonable request but instead you turn the tables on me. I am actually less blinded by my distaste of Trump--I can state things he's done alright--than you are in your unswerving adulation of him. Americans shouldn't adore their politicians that much in my opinion. Hold a little back so as to keep 'em in line. This is exactly what I should be asking YOU since you bring Trumps bone spur issue up nearly every day. My question to you stands. YOU are the one twisting things. What's good for the goose is good for the gander.
The military was satisfied with his circumstances so what business is it of yours?
The IRS is satisfied with Trumps taxes so what business is it of yours and why bring up both subjects every single day?Comment

Wait so one bar for Trump, and another bar for Clinton? Or Obama? LOL
It's not the job of the IRS to vet POTUS's tax returns for public/private conflicts of interest. Come on, that is beginning level government ethics.
I can actually cut Trump some slack on not divesting. Family business, finding a buyer is tough. But... failing to come clean on who Trump Inc. is into and for how much.... that's a disservice to the country. He could still be the same President he is now, just with us knowing the score at Trump Inc. Literally nothing stopping that.Comment

When he ran for the Senate here in NJ and then for the governorship Jon "Crash" Corzine-a Goldman Sachs alumnus- refused to release his tax returns, refused to release even a summary of them, and the Democrats said nothing. Joe Biden described him as our "go to guy" for economic advice and supposedly he was under consideration as a Secretary of the Treasury in the second Obama Administration. Then the employees and investors of MF Global found out what a savvy businessman he was.Last edited by blackhawknj; 02-03-2020, 05:55.Comment

"Trump didn't actually have an issue. It was a fabricated diagnosis by a friendly doc who rented space in one of Fred's buildings."
Your talk about Trump having a bogus medical deferment...Please show proof it was bogus or move on...That claim is getting old with out any proof...Last edited by rayg; 02-04-2020, 03:40.Comment
