It will be worst then we think for the returns. For the people who ran out to purchase their first gun and ammo and find out there is no returns for these items.

Toilet paper
Paper towels
Anti-bacterial wipes
Lysol
Rice

Meanwhile, sewers are becoming clogged from sanitary wipes which aren't supposed to be flushed.
