    Taking a SIP

    For two weeks Ohio will be Sheltering In Place from 03/23-4/06, only essential people are to leave their homes under "penalty" of law. Wife and daughter are "essential" workers and have been provided with a pass to show LEO. Getting interesting now!

      Who provided the pass?
      Has martial law been declared?
      Where does the authority come from? Certainly not the constitution.
