Need a butt stock for my '94 AE

I have a Winchester 94 AE rifle that could use a new butt stock. I found one online for much less money, but it is listed as a post 64. Would this fit an AE? made in the 80's?

The last time I checked, the 1980s were AFTER 1964, so yes, the 80s are post - 64.

I was wondering if the AE receiver where the butt stock mounts has been changed in later years possibly causing fit problems.
