South Dakota has not had any mandatory restrictions on social interaction. They are now experiencing a rise in ChiCom virus cases. There are also congregations meeting despite warnings and mandates.

Nice little experiment in does it work and is it worth the cost.

Well looks like as of today, South Dakota has 868 cases while North Dakota which has been sheltering in place has 361. Supposedly there are a couple of hot spots in Sioux Falls and Rapid City.
