my Glock 22, with 155g SWCL bullets wont get a gram of leading after 150+ rounds...
    same hardness level?

I have a S&W 66, 3" barrel (Lew Horton Special from years ago) that has had many a case of 38 wadcutter and keith style SWC thru it, nary a bit of leading,

Jim, you're correct. There was no round in the chamber. Magazine was indeed loaded. She just pulled the hammer back and pulled the trigger.
Speaking of the Manson hippies, ya’ll ought to watch the recent Movie, Once Upon A Time In Hollywood. It’s about an alternate series of events where the Manson murderers didn't follow through with Charlie Manson’s directive to kill everyone in the Sharon Tate home.
In the movie, the Manson hippies instead were detoured from their original plans and entered the home of another actor where he and his stunt man and best friend, Cliff Booth (played by Brad Pit) were relaxing after just getting in from a night out drinking.
I thought that it’d be a piss poor movie, but it’s Great!
Here’s a little clip from it...
