It's easier to recover from a bad economy than from dead. Presupposing the bad economy doesn't kill you. The PPE situation would be expected to be better going forward, which helps medical people. This is considered the correct position, that those states seeing splikes, including AZ, TX, AR, FL, are still in an extended first wave. Moreover warm weather benefits have peaked in the south, now that summer heat is upon them and everyone disappeared into the AC.
