    Lead prices

10 years ago lead prices on the London Metals Exchange was about $3,000/metric ton.

    Today it is $1750/metric ton.

If you mold your own lead wad cutters, or BP projectiles, that is good news. If you have recyclable scrap lead you are screwed.

Bottom line, if you are serious consumer of lead, it is time to buy.

Since WW are such a mix now I have given up on them as a source of lead, I now buy Lyman #2 and just pay the price...still cheaper then buying projectiles.
