                  Big ones like that, you make zucchini boats. Slice them in half length-wise, scrape the pulp out, mix it with onion, garlic, shrimp, parmesan and mozzarella cheese, bacon bits and peppers of your choice. Return the mixture to the shells and bake at 400 for twenty five minutes.
