Some Enviro-Granolahead was hiking near the ski mountain yesterday and found an un-exploded avalanche charge. Y'know, the ones which say 'explosive, do not touch' or sumptin like that. Picks it up and carries it into town, asks one of the cops 'who should I take this to'.
