Finally after waiting since last fall Brownels sent my folding stock for my carbine. Mine has the short tube on it and the stock is a nice figured walnut. Ruger is making the stock and Samson is doing the rest. The fit is tight with no margin of error in fitting. I really had to squeeze the guard shut with great force.
I am going to follow up with one for my 10/22 to give me a matched set of carbines.

"...never seen an episode..." How do you know when a plan comes together? Daft BS from the get go but fun just the same.
Never liked folding stocks myself.
