    Start of the season.

    Start of the outdoor kitchen for me and have my Blackstone Grill and the Char Broil ready for tonight's ribs and corn on the cob. Got a small fridge to keep out here for my Coke on the rocks.

    All the creature comforts of a bona fide man cave and then some.

    I have very similar Charbroil but prefer the old Weber and coals. They both come in handy often used in tandem.
    Have seen the recent TV promotions concerning the Blackstone. All the bells and whistles including air fryer compartments. I may have to forego another car and get one someday.

      Right now it is a balmy 57F and I will be cooking tonight on the griddle. Two large onions saut?ed to go along with "smash" burger with melted cheddar cheese and grilled buttered buns. Tomorrow I am doing a 12lb turkey on the rotisserie for Mom's dinner.
