I'm a dog lover and have owned many Shelties over the years. I don't mind cats, I just ignore them! My one gripe about ctas is their owners who let them run wild all over the neighborhood! Their pee STINKS and they prey on new born birds and rabbits. Our city has a leash law for dogs AND cats! There have been times when a loose cat is caught and taken to the humane animal building. One neighbor had 8 cats running loose! They have all disappeared!
