Checking loads in a couple rifles

Went out this morning and did some checking and testing, not much but a little. Still enjoyed the ride. First the 45-70 with my cast Lee 405 using mixed brass and 35 gr. of IMR 4198. Bingo, it'll work.


Then the new Rossi 44 mag and some 200 gr Hornady JHP, bingo it'll work.

Thanks, I was pretty proud I could hit the box let alone make more than 2 of them go close to the middle. Shooting irons isn't a lot good for a older person like me.
