    Goodbye to Ronnie Spector

She died today. She said she was once propositioned by Elvis Presley and turned him down when he said he'd always wanted to be with a black girl. That shows a certain sense of style.

Never heard her name and they said she traveled with the Beatles.
If I should die before I wake...great,a little more sleep.

Be my, be my baby. I remember that one. Or something very similar. She's just a kid. Wait a minute, she was a teenager when I was a teenager. I think she might have been five years older. OK, I still have some time. The Beatles shucked many an exoskeleton. A couple of survivors still alive today. My one and only baby. So, Ronnie is gone. Who woo woo woo.

Sounds like "ol Blue Suede Shoes" could really sweet talk the ladies.

I had a mad crush on her when I was a kid...used to see her on Bandstand, Hullabaloo, and Where The Action Is, as well as Ed Sullivan, etc...
