Did't this happen in September of 2021? He was no longer with the ATF, and worked with the Giffords (Gabby) promoting stricter gun laws.

Interesting that Brandon nominates a person to ATF that doesn't know what an assault weapon is and a black women to the supreme court that can't define what a woman is. Seems he doesn't pick the brightest folks for these important positions.
