I know some here are fans of "Sharpe's Rifles." I never really got into it but from all I've heard the portrait of the Duke of Wellington shown in this clip (although fictitious) captures his intolerance of failure exactly. One officer, I've heard actually killed himself after a tongue lashing by "The Peer."

I have watched some on youtube. They seem to follow the books well enough, and the casting is excellent IMO.
I would own the DVDs but not for nearly $400.......
