1. If the cement isn't leveled again it will provide pretty good traction like that after it dries.

2. Truck. Think how expensive it was removing the totaled truck.

The concrete video reminds me of an incident when I worked at Toronto International Airport. Air Canada was expanding its maintenance hangar next to my office. The weather was cold so the contractor had covered the wet concrete floor with a tarp and was blowing hot air into it. The tarp caught fire and spread rapidly causing an enormous amount of smoke to billow out of the hangar. The airport fire fighters could see the smoke from their building across the field and responded immediately. Given the way they are trained to fight aircraft fires, they drove right into the billowing, blinding smoke and ended up axle deep in freshly poured concrete. To top it all off, the city fire department also responded and got lost trying to get to the fire. The tarp quickly burned off and the fire died of its own accord a few minutes later.
