A note of thanks to all who participated this year, it has been a good year of friendships and a learning experience on a daily basis for many reasons. I continue to believe that this is the best forum due to those that participate and share their specific knowledge and or expertise.

Finally, I hope that you and your families have a Merry Christmas and may the New Year bring many blessings of prosperity and good health.
