I read it a looong time ago, before finding CSP (Culiver's Shooting Pages in 1982 - now called Jouster 2) and not knowing who Dick Culiver was. Now, after so many years here, I was pleasantly surprised to find the Major named and his connection and contribution to the establishment of the Marine sniper school at Quantico.
I found the book in a used book store; probably out of print now (copyright 1990), but is a good read if you can find it.
