New cmp website confusion question

I know I'm making myself look stupid but I got to know! How do I post a new thread on this website, that is, in the Ask Each Other forum?

I'd ask there but I can't figure out how!!!!

log in, (and apparently my old login works now, not the one i created last week,,,) and go to a section,

there should be a button that says New Topic at the top of the page,

or it is there for me
