A Mexican family moved in next door to us a couple of years ago. They throw some great parties to which we wish we were invited. Well tonight the invite came to us two old gringos. It was a 60th birthday party for the man. The whole thing was very culturally correct. We had a blast, homemade tamales, haven't had those in decades and they didn't disappoint, a live Mariachi band and lots of dancing (the wife-cakes can still shake it down.) Everybody in their family from three or four year olds to octogenarians were there. Oh, and we have leftover tamales
