So, it took over a year to figure out how a revolver works ? ...

    So much for experts.
Baldwin is a baldfaced liar saying he didn't pull the trigger.
It has to be pulled once the gun is cocked in order for
    it to go bang.
I recall earlier how Vern said you can "Fan" - but in order to do
that you first have to pull trigger and either tie or hold it back.
The Experts said early on that the trigger had to have been pulled,
so why did they scrap that and now bring it back again ?
I suspected from the outset that Baldwin knew what he has doing. Still do.

Dly Mail article about possible recharging of Baldwin.

Article posted OK on my thread "Such Geniuses".

Must be additional money to be made here. Baldwin was already set free as we all knew he would be. Even if he had shot her between the eyes on purpose he would be free or do very little time in a celebrity prison.

"The experts had replaced parts of the gun that were broken during FBI analysis and said that the gun fired as designed."
I see the defense using the above statement as a change in the physical assembly is changing the outcome of the test. The broken parts caused by the FBI is grounds for not having a reasonable or probability of being guilty. Since this last testing was not "done with the same gun."

I am only looking at the statement and how it can be turned around by the defense. What do you guys think?
Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading.
      Author unkown.

Baldwin is and always was a lying POS. Him and his kind will face the ultimate Judgement one day.

By rights the feds should be charged with tampering with the evidence but here again: "no one is above the law and they claim to be the law".

A revolver's workings are complicated. Truth is, they're probably
still trying to figure out how to put it back together.
